SERVICE ADD-ON POLICY

If you need to add additional services to your appointment (dry scalp, deep wash, repair, etc) we must confirm the additional pricing before proceeding with your appointment.

LATE POLICY

Please inform me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late for your appointment.

A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. A $10 late fee will be applied if you exceed this grace period. Additionally, there will also be a charge of $1 per minute for each minute beyond the grace period, up to a maximum of 26 minutes. If you arrive more than 26 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. If you do not communicate your tardiness, your appointment will be cancelled.

The same rules apply for me as well. If I am running late more than 25 minutes, I can cancel your appointment and refund your deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that if your appointment is canceled, the deposit remains non-refundable. Additionally, if you reschedule your appointment more than once, the deposit will not be applied to the new appointment. Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will not be permitted to book future appointments. Failure to attend your appointment (No Call, No Show) will result in a charge of 50% of the full service cost.

NEW CLIENT POLICY

All new clients are required to schedule a consultation prior to booking services. This consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your hair journey and goals and allows us to get acquainted. The consultation fee will be credited towards the cost of your services.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and refrain from arriving earlier. Due to limited seating, only one guest is permitted to accompany you.

VIP POLICY

VIP upcharge fees must be sent along with your deposit when you book!

Appointments scheduled before 10 a.m. or after 7 p.m. will incur a $35 upcharge.

Weekend appointments before 8am require a $25 upcharge.

Appointments on the eve of holidays will have a $25 upcharge, while appointments on holidays themselves will incur a $80 upcharge.

Please note that appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays are available only if absolutely necessary and will include a $50 upcharge.
